Ana Tempelsman has a B.A. in Communications from San Andrés University, in Argentina. She is the author of the book Los Hijos en el Medio (The kids in the middle), published in Argentina and Mexico.
Ana has an M.A. in Somatic Psychology from Naropa University. Her main teachers are John Welwood, Dan Siegel, Rick Hanson, Jon Kabbat-Zin, Bessel Van Der Kolk and Jack Kornfield, with whom she has done intensive trainings in the United States
Her therapeutic trainings include: EMDR Therapy, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Contemplative psychology (meditation, mindfulness and Buddhist psychology), Focusing (Eugene Gendlin’s body-based work), Body-Mind Centering, Unconditional Presence (John Welwood’s transpersonal psychology work), PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) and Soul Motion.
She currently works online with her clients in USA, Spain, Mexico and Uruguay. Ana also teaches workshops on the integration of psychotherapy and neuroscience, and gives lectures in Uruguay, Argentina and Mexico.
